My husband and I knew that our current house lacked the space for our extended families so we decided to look in our neighborhood for a better fit. The home that I researched and found on my own was actually too big and would stretch our budget to the maximum. In comes our agent, Carolyn. She scoured the listings and found a home that at first glance I would overlook. Trusting our agent, we went to see the home, and the space, layout, and quality of the property blew us away. Carolyn counseled us on how to make a strong offer in a seller’s market and we were contingent within a day. Even though there were bumps and surprises during escrow (due to the seller), Carolyn navigated them like a pro and got us to close on schedule. We can’t recommend her enough!

I cannot say enough about how pleased we were working with Summer Perry! She both helped us buy the home of our dreams and sell our Condo. Summer was professional, attentive, and understanding of our needs. She negotiated with sellers and the sellers’ agent (after doing exhaustive research on comps) and got the price of our new home down to a point we could afford. In selling our Condo, she staged it and presented it in a way that got us an immediate offer above the asking price. She was constantly available to us to answer questions and patient in explaining the myriad paperwork involved in the sales. Summer is overall a wonderful agent to work with and excellent at what she does!

She was extremely knowledgeable. She informed us of all of the issues with the house. She did not try to sell it to us. She made the deal happen which was not easy for we were dealing with a 1031 exchange and had a tight time frame. She is educated in design and construction. She offers excellent advice She leased out this property for us, and dealt with tenant issues way beyond the call of duty!
